  • Establish Excelencia Center, a welcoming space and hub for grant activities
  • Embed Student Tutors in gateway courses
  • Develop Summer Bridge for high school students
  • Use co-requisite model in Developmental Courses
  • Implement TSI Prep Course to increase student scores

RESULTS:
